Hilton has more than 20 years of SAP experience built on a solid technical foundation. He started as an ABAP consultant and spent 3 years abroad to gain international exposure. He joined EPI-USE Labs in 2008 as a developer, later becoming a product manager. Since 2011 he has been responsible for managing the Labs business in Africa and the Middle East. He believes that building trust with customers is the key to retaining and growing business; it's this principle that underpins the annual user group events, creating a platform for Labs to reinforce this philosophy.

He started his career as a technical consultant in 2003, specializing in Human Capital Management focusing on Personnel Administration, Organizational Management and Payroll.
