The story of Sign4it began as TuskTrack, a delivery management solution that EPI-USE Labs and G3G developed during one of SAP’s Hack2Build events. TuskTrack, which won the hackathon, focused on solving real-world delivery challenges by providing an intuitive, mobile-based proof of delivery solution. Delivery drivers could capture deviations, add photographic evidence, and obtain recipient signatures, all in real-time. This application was a collaborative effort by EPI-USE Labs and G3G, using design thinking and BTP Build Apps to streamline the delivery process.

The development journey involved using the SAP low-code solution, BTP Build Apps and the SAP S/4HANA API, allowing rapid integration and ease of use. Though time constraints limited some ambitious features like GPS tracking, the project’s success set the stage for the evolution into Sign4it, which brings together these innovations in an even more robust application.

This iterative process, combined with real client validation, ensured that the application remained user-centred and practical.
