Can anyone do the course?

Yes, if your company has purchased the related EPI-USE Labs product. Our courses are aimed at increasing your understanding of the product and enabling you to use it more efficiently. So you need access to the product for the course to be useful to you.

How do you choose multiple courses?

When you select the ‘I'm interested’ button on a course, you will be directed to a request form. You can select the course you are interested in from a drop-down list. Should you want to enquire about more than one course, rather use the 'Contact us' button below the FAQs on any page and you will be directed to a form which allows for a message to be included in your request. We will then get back to you regarding your training request.

Where do I find out more about a specific course?

Select the ‘View course’ button to view the detailed information about the course duration, prerequisites and course outcomes.

How do I get a quotation?

Select the ‘I'm interested’ button on a course tile and complete the form. Provide your basic contact information and we will get back to you with more information about the courses and pricing structures.

What do courses cost?

The pricing structure depends on which course you choose, your region and how many employees in your organisation will attend the course. When you request a quote, we will contact you about the pricing.

I’ve accepted the quotation. Now what

If you are not already registered on our Client Central support portal, we will register you and send you a verification email to complete your registration process. You should then receive another email, notifying you that you have been enrolled in your course.

Do I need any specific software?

No, all you need is an internet connection and a browser. We recommend using Chrome for the best experience.

Which browser should I use for these online courses?

Although the courses should work on most browsers, we recommend using Chrome.

On which devices can I view these courses?

You can view your courses on any laptop, PC, tablet or mobile device.

How long will I have access to my purchased courses?

The purchased course will be available for a duration of 6 months, but an extension can be arranged with an EPI-USE Labs representative.
