Jason Prebble | Business Systems Applications, Glencore Coal Assets Australia

Jason started with Xstrata Coal in 2005 as an IT Systems Engineer at one of the mining operations. He moved into application project support in 2010 and was the Information Systems Manager for NSW operations from 2011 to 2013. He later became the Information Systems Manager for Glencore Coal Assets Australia in 2013 to 2015 and then became the Group Manager of Applications till now. Jason is responsible for the enterprise wide applications, supporting the business in day to day operations, service and change requests, projects and strategy.

For many years, Paul has been a remarkable technical force at EPI-USE Labs. As Head of Landscape and Data Services, his portfolio includes System Landscape Optimization, and his hands-on experience of implementing Data Sync Manager and helping clients to manage data across the breadth of their SAP landscape is unique. Ian Fox | SAP SuccessFactors Delivery Lead, EPI-USE

Ian Fox is the SAP SuccessFactors Delivery Lead for EPI-USE with over 15 years combined experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. He has experience in numerous project implementations, across numerous industries and regions. He has expert understanding of SAP’s HCM and SuccessFactors functional components and their various integration points.

Gert Maritz | SAP Functional Expert, EPI-USE Australia

Gert is a team lead at EPI-USE Australia for SAP HCM optimization. He has significant design and configuration experience in ECC5 & ECC6 across HCM modules specialising in FI integration. His involvement in post-implementation training, gives him insight into key end-user concerns & requirements and the relationships between business processes, requirements and system functionality.

Kathryn McLean | HCM Product Manager & Enterprise Architect, ZAG

Kathryn has been actively involved with SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementation for nearly 22 years, of which 15 was spent with the team at ZAG. During her career she had exposure to a wide array of SAP HCM functionalities. She assists in developing the SAP HCM capabilities of ZAG and supports customers with new, innovative solutions.
