You can now consolidate multiple user accounts into one ID, making it easier than ever to log in to your accounts and manage your profile.
SAP has announced that you can consolidate your IDs as part of their new Universal ID program. If, like me, you have accumulated several IDs over the years, you can now merge them together for an almost seamless experience.
I have been maintaining at least three different SAP profiles, with each providing access to different workspaces and content in all things SAP and SuccessFactors. One Personal S Profile is linked to my SAP Mentor account, another S Profile to my official work account via EPI-USE Labs, and a third to my S Profile for Training and Credentials Management .

Prior to the Universal ID, I had to leverage bookmark favorites that stored my various passwords and credentials for each website, deciding which credentials might work as I logged into each one, often not getting it right on the first try…
Now, when I log in, I simply input my Universal ID (an email address) and from there I can select the appropriate account to use to access the content. I still struggle with sometimes picking my Learning ID, which does not provide access to Jam, or my Work profile, which does not provide access to my Blogs and content – but it does make it a bit easier to manage.

I mention it is almost a seamless experience, as Partner content sometimes requires that I log out of my Universal ID and in directly with my Partner ID, or I get an error like the one above.
I still exist three times as a “Person” on SAP (see above), although it has improved my experience. And as we know, experience matters.
