EPI-USE Labs User Group events are an excellent opportunity for our clients, partners and guests to network with other professionals, share ideas and find out about new SAP innovations, and the recent User Group event held in Johannesburg, South Africa was no exception.

Seventy guests from all over South Africa joined us for the event held at The Venue, Melrose Arch in August. The day started with the Managing Director of SAP, Cathy Smith, sharing SAP's vision of customer experience in Africa. Watch her presentation below.

Speakers from EPI-USE Labs shared a range of visionary solutions, from S/4HANA to SuccessFactors integration, and how we can help solve clients' challenges.

With data breaches being in the news, a session was dedicated to the importance of POPI and how it applies to SAP landscapes. The deadline for compliance is not finalised but coming soon, so everyone agreed companies need to have a plan in place.
