SAP testing is complicated and has its share of challenges. When a project deadline is looming, testers are put into a position of delaying projects due to a lack of sufficient test data. When a team misses a deadline, it’s more likely to go over budget, errors are likely to be made, and nobody's happy.

All of us that live and breathe SAP know that testing takes up a lot of time and requires the right data to shorten that cycle. Regression testing can be a word you don’t want to hear. But, it’s a necessary and critical part of an organization’s IT landscape. Testers are looking for errors while trying to keep security breaches at bay. This is why test data management procedures and tools are extremely important to the success of a project and keeping up with deadlines.

During this webinar, we will look at the most common SAP test data challenges and how to overcome them. You'll learn how to:

  • Identify when and where testing cycles will occur

  • Match the right data to the type of testing

  • Plan refreshes or use a testing product to provision data in time for each cycle

  • Prioritize masking sensitive data or making individuals unidentifiable

  • Learn from previous projects data challenges

  • Prioritize test data provisioning in the project, otherwise accept it as a high risk
