Hilton has more than 20 years of SAP experience built on a solid technical foundation. He started as an ABAP consultant and spent 3 years abroad to gain international exposure. He joined EPI-USE Labs in 2008 as a developer, later becoming a product manager. Since 2011 he has been responsible for managing the Labs business in Africa and the Middle East. He believes that building trust with customers is the key to retaining and growing business; it's this principle that underpins the annual user group events, creating a platform for Labs to reinforce this philosophy.

Duke is currently the Head of IT Business Applications at sustainable habitat and high-performance materials leader, Saint-Gobain Africa. He is also the Chairman of the African SAP User Group (AFSUG) Board where he is accountable for overseeing the operations and management of AFSUG and take executive leadership and strategic decisions for all AFSUG activities with approval from the Board. He is also a member of the SAP User Group Executive Network (SUGEN), a network of all global SAP User Groups, representing a powerful international voice that unites regional SAP User Groups in an open and honest dialogue between members and SAP Germany.

François currently heads up Business Development for SAP HCM services for EPI-USE Labs in the Western Cape, South Africa. He started his career as a technical consultant in 2003, specializing in Human Capital Management focusing on Personnel Administration, Organizational Management and Payroll. During 2010 he took on the role of Associate Manager and moved over to client services in 2014.
