Jeff has 19 years of SAP HR/Payroll experience, including consulting and direct support. In his current position, he is responsible for managing the day-to-day work effort of all functional areas of PASSHE's SAP Human Capital Management system (ERP 6.0, EHP8) including Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Benefits, Time Management and ESS/MSS. He is currently working on system enhancement projects such as Personas and Fiori. He has also been active as an ASUG Volunteer for the last eight years in the Human Resource Special Interest Group (SIG).

Kathy McLeod | LafargeHolcim | Head of North American IT Services

Kathy is VP of IT at LafargeHolcim, a leading building materials company with operations in over 80 countries globally. She started her career in Finance and then quickly transitioned into IT. She brings over 20 years of SAP experience from the manufacturing industry in application development, design and architecture. Kathy is currently heading the North America IT Service Centre, based in Toronto, Canada.

Jan has been involved in Information Technology for more than 20 years, having studied computer science followed by a business degree in quantitative management. He has headed up various teams within EPI-USE Labs, focusing on a wide range of solutions for our clients, including SAP and cloud-based solutions. Jan is also a director of groupelephant.com's non-profit entity Elephants, Rhinos & People (ERP) which focusing on the preservation of at-risk elephants and rhinos through the economic upliftment of rural people in areas adjacent to these threatened species.

Juliet Henry | EPI-USE America | Vice President Data Security, Privacy & Protection

Juliet is Vice President of Data Privacy and Protection with EPI-USE America and leads the GDPR, Security, and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Practice. With over 21 years’ experience in strategic advisory, solution architecture and delivery, as well as best practice security role design, Juliet brings extensive expertise related to information security, access control, and identity management, with a specialization in Human Resources and Payroll, including protection of PII. With a passion for knowledge sharing and enabling clients with a proactive approach, Juliet works side-by-side with clients to identify the right approach to manage risk and compliance for information security and data privacy requirements. Clients rely on her expertise to guide them with GRC and Security health checks, and pre-/post-audit remediation.

Marius Smit | EPI-USE Labs | Chief Research & Development Officer

Marius Smit has 12 years of SAP experience. He is the Chief R&D officer at EPI-USE Labs and oversees all product development. His technical interests lie in Data Security and Governance. His drive is to work closely with all EPI-USE Labs customers to provide solutions for real business problems and obtain value through innovation.

Paul Snyman | EPI-USE Labs | Vice President Cloud & Managed Services

Paul is responsible for our Cloud and Managed Services global portfolio at EPI-USE Labs, and has over 23 years of diverse SAP and IT experience. He started his SAP career as a certified Basis consultant and very quickly expanded to coding in ABAP, doing functional configuration, and integrating SAP into complex enterprise architectures. He has led various teams and initiatives in many different roles and technology remains his core passion. Paul is based in Silicon Valley where he enjoys pushing the envelope of cloud for EPI-USE Labs.

Jhani joined EPI-USE Labs after completing her Masters in Computer Science (with a focus on automated usability testing). She heads up the NextGen SAP development team and oversees UI/UX across multiple products at EPI-USE Labs. What drives her is finding simple solutions to complex problems.
