Michael Chan | IT Manager – Corporate Resources, HR, Identity Management, SAP Security, Marathon Oil

Michael Chan is the IT Manager over Compliance, Corporate Resources, Human Resources, Identity Management, and SAP Security at Marathon Oil. During the last 10 years, Michael’s primary focus has been in the SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and the IT Compliance space. Within the last few years, he has also focused on HR Data Analytics and Identity Management. He has a BS in Information Systems, and MBA degree in Accounting, is a Certified Information System Auditor.

Ram Muthukumar | Senior IT Manager, Illumina

Ram Muthukumar is a Sr. Manager in IT at Illumina, a San Diego based Life Sciences company. He possess over 19 years of industry experience. In his tenure at Illumina he has served in multiple roles most currently having responsibility for the SAP platform team. Mr. Muthukumar holds a master’s degree in Computer Applications from Bharathidasan University, India. Prior to joining Illumina he provided consulting services for Oracle JDEdwards ERP. Danielle has more than 20 years of distinguished service in business management and strategic decision-making. She is the author of four best-selling books on SAP, two specific to SAP HCM Reporting, and has been a featured speaker at numerous international conferences on topics such as human resources, technology, change management and leadership.

Paul Snyman | Vice President Cloud & Managed Services, EPI-USE Labs

Paul is responsible for our Cloud and Managed Services global portfolio at EPI-USE Labs, and has over 23 years of diverse SAP and IT experience. He started his SAP career as a certified Basis consultant and very quickly expanded to coding in ABAP, doing functional configuration, and integrating SAP into complex enterprise architectures. He has led various teams and initiatives in many different roles, and technology remains his core passion. Paul is based in Silicon Valley where he enjoys pushing the envelope of cloud for EPI-USE Labs.

Jan van Rensburg | Vice President Risk & Security, EPI-USE Labs

Jan van Rensburg is a Senior Vice-President at EPI-USE Labs, focusing on information security, risk and compliance. Jan has been involved in Information Technology for more than 20 years, having studied computer science followed by a business degree in quantitative management. He has headed up various teams within EPI-USE Labs, focusing on a wide range of solutions for our clients, including SAP and cloud-based solutions. Jan is also a director of groupelephant.com's non-profit entity Elephants, Rhinos & People (ERP) which focuses on the preservation of at-risk elephants and rhinos through the economic upliftment of rural people in areas adjacent to these threatened species.

Lane Small | HCM Solution Architect, EPI-USE Labs

Lane Small is an HCM Solutions Architect for EPI-USE Labs Services team with 10 years experience in SAP. He started off with the State of South Carolina working in BI reporting before his move to SAP HCM/Payroll. While there, he did functional configuration and leveraged the Labs' suite of solutions to ensure statewide data integrity was maintained and proper testing was performed before configuration or support packs were loaded into production environments.

Nathan Lawson | Implementation Consultant, EPI-USE Labs

Nathan Lawson is a member of the EPI-USE Labs Services team with 5 years' experience working with SAP. His field experience with Data Sync Manager compliments his background in Software Engineering to leverage our tools in solving each customer's unique difficulties. His focus in SAP is on ALM while currently branching out into HCM.
