About this webinar
Existing SAP® HCM and/or Payroll customers have several options for their HXM digital transformation. In any scenario where they have data in SAP and SAP SuccessFactors at the same time, there are at least seven challenges that need to be addressed to maintain a consistently functioning ecosystem. These challenges can also impact any customer running SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
These are the key items that require attention to ensure a successful migration and they range from validating the data, actually moving the data, and ensuring the data is in sync and is accurate, to – most importantly – a regularly scheduled process in place to maintain that homeostasis once the move is complete.
Based on our experience of assisting clients in several implementations, it is these seven items that continue to require attention. During this webinar, SAP Mentor and HCM expert Danielle Larocca and Lane Small, our HCM products guru, discuss actionable advice on how best to address these challenges.
Watch this webinar to find out about these critical functions:
- Comparing legacy HR & Payroll Data
- Checking for data replication errors
- Testing non-production systems with real data
- Data Production Support
- Real-time reporting
- Complying with Legislation
