APPHaus_BlogEPI-USE became an SAP AppHaus partner in March this year, opening the first AppHaus on the African continent. The EPI-USE AppHaus Pretoria has provided many new opportunities to engage with SAP and clients around Design Thinking, as well as delivering new innovations in BTP, SuccessFactors and general SAP systems.

This year, the SAP AppHaus network is 10 years old, and, in celebration, they held a social media photo and video competition, called ‘Encouraging Wild Ideas’. EPI-USE AppHaus Pretoria submitted the following winning video in response to the challenge:

In our submission, we aimed to capture the essence of EPI-USE AppHaus Pretoria's unique approach to innovation and creativity. The whiteboard became the canvas for our collective imagination, where we used the iconic rhino, our AppHaus logo, as an outlined representation of wild ideas and showcasing our dedication to thinking outside the box – quite literally! The rhino was coloured in with ‘10s’, alluding to the network’s 10-year anniversary celebration.

We believe that encouraging wild ideas is the cornerstone of innovation, and in celebrating the SAP AppHaus network's 10th anniversary, we wanted to exemplify our commitment to this principle. Our winning entry was not just about capturing a moment in time; it was a testament to the culture we've cultivated at EPI-USE AppHaus Pretoria. We aren’t confined by conventional thinking or boundaries; instead, we seek to push the limits of our creativity, always embracing new and unconventional concepts while solving unique business challenges.

It's here in the heart of South Africa that we've found a source of constant inspiration, where the energy of our wild ideas is harnessed and transformed into groundbreaking solutions. Our beautiful natural environment served as the perfect backdrop for our entry, unique to our AppHaus and the African continent.
